Who is Europe Solutions UK Ltd?

Europe Solutions has been operating since 2006. We’re a recruitment company that provides a straightforward and friendly service to our candidates and clients.

We’ve worked with some of the world’s largest companies and we are a small firm. This means we can offer a personal service backed up with the experience of dealing with the demands of large corporations. We’ve operated for 17 years due to gaining repeat business and referrals from our clients.

Partner

We set up Europe Solutions in 2006 and since then I’ve worked with some amazing clients. I’ve placed candidates in 19 countries, and I’ve spent time working in Poland, the UK, Australia and France. I really enjoy working across cultures and with international clients.

Before Europe Solutions I was a trainer and a lecturer, I think this experience taught me effective ways to focus on my clients’ needs and offer straightforward solutions. I really enjoy getting to know my clients and their companies.

My values are based on integrity, continual improvement and striving to offer clients the best service.

In my spare time I like to volunteer on projects e.g. mentoring young people, and start-ups. I’ve mentored for the Prince’s Trust, Google Launchpad, the University of Nottingham and the National Youth Advocacy Service.

I work on most of the projects in the company. I do competitor research and source candidates on social media and other platforms. I’m driven to find those hard to find candidates and I like the variety of roles I can work on.

In my spare time I spend time with my 2 children and enjoy travelling.
