Job Opportunity: Sales Manager – Coffee Franchise Solutions
They are a premium coffee brand with over 15 years of experience in high-quality espresso and vending solutions. They are expanding their franchise network to Poland and seeking a Sales Manager in Warsaw to work closely with the founders and build a dynamic sales team.
About the Role: In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and lead a sales team as you drive the expansion of the franchise program. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to attract new franchise partners and manage ongoing relationships. This is a hands-on position, collaborating directly with the founders to bring their vision to the Polish market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to attract and onboard franchise partners
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance management
- Identify and engage prospective clients, presenting their unique franchise solutions
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with franchisees and business partners
- The role has the potential to become a Country Manager role as they expand
Qualifications:
- 4+ years’ experience in sales, ideally within a similar sector, with experience building and managing sales teams preferably of franchising.
- Fluent in Polish with strong English skills
- Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
