About Our Client:
Our client is a leading provider of high-quality coffee solutions with over 16 years of expertise in the coffee products industry. They currently manage 1,600 vending machines and sell 1,800 tonnes of coffee products annually. As they expand their operations into Poland, they are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to build and lead a sales team, targeting business owners who operate vending machines, tabletop coffee machines, online coffee shops, and distributors selling coffee.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to lead the B2B sales efforts and build a high-performing sales team. This role will involve managing and growing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving the company’s expansion in Poland. You will also directly engage with key business clients, build relationships, and help shape the company’s growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of B2B sales representatives to expand the company’s customer base and meet sales goals.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target business owners of vending machines, tabletop coffee machines, online coffee shops, and distributors selling coffee.
  • Client Engagement: Directly engage with key clients to build strong, long-term business relationships and understand their coffee solution needs.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide coaching and support, and ensure the team is consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Sales Reporting: Track team performance, provide regular sales reports, and share valuable insights from customer interactions to refine strategies.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and ensure the company’s coffee solutions are top-of-mind in the industry.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with management and other departments to align on goals, marketing efforts, and product developments.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales management, ideally within the coffee, beverage, or food sectors.
  • Experience in OCS (Office Coffee Service), AFH (Away From Home), and vending markets is highly beneficial.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional sales and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently plan and manage sales activities, including client visits and regional expansion efforts.
  • Fluency in Polish and intermediate English skills.
  • Flexibility for travel, with the ability to meet clients regularly and occasionally attend meetings in Warsaw.
