The Role: Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the franchise network and broader business activities. This role will focus on providing operational support to franchise partners, optimizing logistics, and enhancing service quality to drive overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring franchisees and business partners receive seamless support.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Provide operational guidance and assistance to franchise partners, ensuring they adhere to brand standards.
- Manage supply chain and logistics, ensuring timely distribution of coffee products and vending machine maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Act as the key liaison between franchise partners and the company, fostering strong relationships.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in operations management, franchise support, or business development.
- Fluency in Polish with strong English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize business operations.
- Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or service delivery is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong business relationships.
