Join the journey of a dynamic, high-growth UK-based SaaS company as they expand their reach into Poland. They’re for a skilled and seasoned Business Development Manager with a strong background in SaaS sales to join their International Sales Team.
Location: Remote in Poland
Salary: 20-25,000 PLN monthly + Bonus
The company specialises in providing SaaS solutions to retailers worldwide, empowering them to boost their sales. This role presents an opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead the international expansion of their SaaS-based retail solution system throughout Poland & the CEE.
Responsibilities:
- Employ a consultative sales approach to partner with clients and meet their unique requirements.
- Cultivate the territory pipeline utilizing proven SaaS sales strategies.
- Craft and present compelling sales proposals tailored to each client’s specific needs.
- Develop local client business case studies, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert in Poland.
- Create new business pitches for key clients, leveraging insights and industry expertise.
- Navigate negotiations of terms and contracts with prospective clients
- Drive regional sales growth targets, encompassing pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable enterprise SaaS sales experience preferably in Retail.
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of successful outcomes.
- fluent Polish language skills with an advanced level of English skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving both independently and within a collaborative sales team.
- Comfortable representing the brand at conferences and events.
- Willingness to travel for in-person meetings within the territory and occasional visits to our London headquarters.
- Familiarity with shopping center, retail, CRM, or loyalty marketing is advantageous.
