Would you like to work in the USA on challenging high value residential building projects?

My client is a family group in the USA. They have a number of building projects in progress ranging from 10mil-20mil USD of single family units. They are looking for a highly experienced construction manager who can manage these challenging projects. You will have extensive experience of similar projects and the ability to develop close relationships with the representatives of the family the lead contractors. Your experience should be hands on as you’ll be required to regularly attend the sites and understand all aspects of the building from foundations through to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to work on exclusive residential building projects using the highest quality materials.

Tasks:

• Lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ranging from minor renovations to large scale residential builds.
• Manage all areas of project management, including strategic planning, scheduling, budget administration, contract negotiations, comprehensive oversight, financial monitoring and disbursements, final delivery, snagging procedures, and project finalization.
• Foster effective collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and ultimate success.
• Devise and negotiate contracts with contractors and vendors, ensuring terms align with project objectives and standards.
• Vigilantly monitor project progression, ensuring strict adherence to predefined timelines and financial parameters.
• Conduct routine site inspections to uphold stringent quality, budgetary, and scheduling standards.
• Provide astute leadership and guidance to project teams, consistently advocating for the owner’s best interests and maintaining transparent communication channels.
• Facilitate regular meetings with the owner, furnishing updates, securing approvals, and fostering continuous dialogue regarding project status.

Experience / Qualifications:

• 2 years (min) of experience in high value single home residential projects above 3-4 million USD.
• Expertise in project management within the construction industry preferably in Poland and abroad.
• High understanding of construction estimating, scheduling , and logistical coordination.
• Exceptional communication prowess and interpersonal finesse, essential for fostering productive collaborations across all echelons.
• Proficient problem-solving acumen and a penchant for innovative thinking to surmount challenges.
• Adept at multitasking and adeptly prioritizing tasks amidst competing demands.
• Methodical, detail-oriented disposition, responsible for meticulous documentation upkeep, project files, and household data.
• Note: This role demands a blend of leadership acumen, technical proficiency, and adept management of concurrent high-level projects. The ideal candidate will boast a proven track record in construction project management and/or owner representation.

Please note the visa process could take 4-6 months from contract agreement. The visa would be for one individual and not a family.

Salary: 200,000 USD to 300,000 USD annual
