Construction Project Manager DACH

Location: Europe-based projects (Poland-based, WFH, with frequent travel)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you will oversee the execution of complex construction projects in industries such as pharmaceuticals, precision engineering, medical devices, and electronics, reporting directly to the UK-based Director. This position involves managing projects across Europe, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and clear client communication. The company’s headquarters and R&D center are located in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Source and manage quotes, order materials, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Design Management: Collaborate with clients and suppliers on design development, review technical drawings, and finalize project documentation.
• Project Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules in MS Projects, manage subcontractor performance, and allocate team resources effectively.
• Site Management: Enforce health and safety regulations, oversee site resources, manage waste, tools, and supplier efficiency.
• Client Communication: Attend regular client meetings, manage Requests for Information (RFIs), and produce comprehensive weekly project reports.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects with a value of €1M or more.
• Proficiency in CAD, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and resource management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Projects.
• Experience managing complex construction projects such as laboratories, electronics assembly facilities, and pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.
