Location: Remote (based in West Poland)
As part of our client’s exciting growth plans, we are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team in Poland. Our client specializes in the design and manufacture of cutting-edge elevator systems and has experienced remarkable growth through successful sales in Poland and across 40+ countries worldwide.

Position Overview:
In this role, you will be a self-motivated Sales Engineer responsible for seeking out new business opportunities while managing and nurturing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development and account management. We are looking for someone ambitious and eager to make a genuine impact within a small team, helping to shape the future growth of the business in Poland.
Reporting to: Commercial Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the elevator industry.
- Build and maintain partnerships with lift installers, fostering account growth and new business opportunities.
- Nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and encourage referrals.
- Understand and address the specific needs of customers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients as needed.
- Provide financial and technical information related to elevator projects.
- Monitor market activities, identify risks, analyze competitors, and implement strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns.
- Stay informed on industry trends and news to remain competitive.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand your professional network.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a business development or technical sales role, preferably in the construction, machinery, or building services sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong empathy, understanding, and persuasive abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a process-driven approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for meetings.
- Engineering qualification is preferred.
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English.
