My client is a leading provider of coffee solutions, specialising in high-quality coffee products for over 16 years. They are expanding to Poland and are looking for a dynamic sales professional to help grow its B2B market, targeting business owners who provide coffee solutions  i.e. owners of  vending machines, and / or tabletop coffee machines.

Role Overview
They are seeking an energetic B2B Sales Representative to actively sell coffee products to businesses. This role is for a sales-focused individual who thrives in a client-facing environment and is comfortable conducting regular visits to potential customers. Working primarily remotely, the B2B Sales Representative will regularly meet with clients throughout their area to showcase and promote the client’s coffee solutions, as well as to build and maintain key business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and visit business owners to present the coffee solutions..
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, providing customised solutions to enhance their coffee offerings.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as the face of the brand in their area.
  • Maintain regular communication with management and provide insights from client interactions to inform sales strategies.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the coffee, beverage, or food industry.
  • Self-motivated, with strong sales and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently plan and manage client visits and field sales activities.
  • Fluent Polish and intermediate English skills.
  • Flexibility for travel and in-person meetings with clients.
