About Our Client:
Our client is a leading provider of high-quality coffee solutions, specialising in premium coffee products for over 16 years. With 1,600 vending machines in operation and 1,800 tonnes of coffee products sold annually, they have built a strong reputation. As they expand their operations into Poland, they are looking for an experienced Regional Key Account Manager to play a pivotal role in managing and growing their B2B market, targeting business owners who provide coffee solutions, such as vending machine operators, owners of tabletop coffee machines, online coffee shops, and distributors.

Role Overview:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service, and driving business growth. The role will focus on nurturing long-term partnerships with major accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and offering customised coffee solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B sales, with a focus on account retention and expanding existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, including vending machine operators, coffee machine owners, online coffee shops, and distributors.
  • New Business Development: Identify and target new key clients, helping to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Tailored Solutions: Understand client needs in detail and provide customised, high-quality coffee solutions to enhance their offerings.
  • Regular Client Meetings: Conduct regular visits to key clients to ensure satisfaction, provide ongoing support, and build lasting trust.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, customer service, marketing) to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep management informed with regular reports on client status, emerging opportunities, and market insights.
  • Strategy Input: Provide valuable insights from client interactions to inform broader sales strategies and business development plans.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the coffee, beverage, or food industry.
  • Previous experience in managing key accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to provide tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly organised with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of business.
  • Fluency in Polish and intermediate English skills.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly, with occasional travel to Warsaw for meetings.
