About Our Client:
Our client is a leading provider of premium coffee solutions with over 16 years of experience in the industry. They supply high-quality coffee products and operate 1,600 vending machines, selling 1,800 tonnes of coffee annually. As part of their expansion into Poland, they are looking to hire a dynamic Sales Representative to help develop their B2B customer base, focusing on businesses that provide coffee solutions, such as vending machine operators, coffee machine owners, online coffee shops, and distributors.

Role Overview:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role will involve selling high-quality coffee products and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding the company’s presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities within the coffee solutions market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Tailored Solutions: Understand the specific needs of each client and present customised coffee solutions to enhance their operations.
  • Regular Client Meetings: Visit clients regularly to provide support, resolve any issues, and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, customer service, and marketing) to ensure customer needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about market developments and competitor activity, sharing relevant information to inform the company’s strategy.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the coffee, beverage, or food industry.
  • Strong ability to generate new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organised with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Fluent in Polish, with intermediate English skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
