About the Company
Our client is a leading provider of premium coffee solutions, specializing in high-quality coffee products for over 16 years. With 1,600 vending machines in operation and 1,800 tonnes of coffee products sold annually, they have built a strong reputation in the industry. As part of their expansion into Poland, they are launching a tabletop coffee machine service for retail stores, offices, and HoReCa locations.
The company operates two other divisions in Poland – Coffee Solutions and Vending, and is heavily investing in the Polish market for long-term growth. They are also a partner with one of Europe’s largest food-tech companies, further strengthening their market position.
This role will be the first Business Development Manager in the new Coffee Service division in Poland, providing a unique opportunity to shape and grow this new division while working within a larger organization that’s expanding its presence across Poland.
About the Role
As the first Business Development Manager (BDM) in this division, you will be pivotal in driving the coffee service business across Warsaw. Your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new clients for tabletop coffee machine placements in retail, and office locations. The model is a free lease of a machine with then the tie in to purchase coffee. You will also manage relationships with key accounts to ensure continuous growth and satisfaction.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role with the potential to develop into a Sales Manager position as the division expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients for coffee machine placements in HoReCa, retail, and office locations.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in your region.
- Work with Sales Representatives and Supervisors to achieve business growth and targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to drive market share expansion.
Key Requirements
- Polish fluent and communicative in English.
- Proven experience in sales or business development in the HORECA or Office Coffee Service sector.
- Strong ability to acquire new business and nurture key client relationships.
- Experience in leading or collaborating with teams is a plus.
- Based in Warsaw, with a willingness to travel locally.
